Pedagogical architecture (3 cycles)
Cycle 1 — Foundations (Fall)
Technical foundations, posture, coordination, duel rules, concentration routine.
Cycle 2 — Consolidation (Winter)
Distance, timing, sequences, confidence, self-control, and emotional management.
Cycle 3 — Mastery (Spring)
Reading the opponent, structured duel, strategy, final progression, and validation.

For regular and sustainable progress.
Immersive Path —2 sessions / week
For faster progress, more repetitions, more support.
